In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the db9999 website at https://db9999.bio, its associated subdomains, and any mobile application or interface operated by db9999.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and whose account has not been suspended or permanently closed.
• "Services" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, poker, virtual sports, and any other gaming or wagering products made available through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, cashback, or reload bonus credited to a Member's account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Member using a supported payment method and held in the Member's account, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Member must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as Real Money.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all db9999 account balances are denominated.

2.1 To register an account on db9999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.

2.2 During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. db9999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

2.3 Each person may hold only one registered account on the Platform. If duplicate accounts are identified, db9999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses contained within them.

3.1 You are solely and entirely responsible for keeping your db9999 username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 You agree to notify db9999 customer support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account. db9999 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

3.3 db9999 staff will never request your account password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, telephone, or social media. Any communication claiming to be from db9999 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.

3.4 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. db9999 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

4.1 All deposits made to db9999 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit is ৳500. db9999 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 All funds deposited to a db9999 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

4.4 db9999 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to review any applicable fees with your payment provider prior to initiating a deposit.

4.5 Deposits are credited to Member accounts in real time or within a processing window as notified on the deposit page. db9999 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times.

5.1 Members may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of any applicable identity verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) no outstanding investigation into the account by the db9999 compliance team.

5.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times are typically within five (5) minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one (1) to three (3) banking business days for bank transfer methods.

5.3 db9999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity is detected. Members may be required to provide additional documentation during this process. Withdrawal processing will be paused during the period of any such review.

5.4 Winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw such funds before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the automatic deduction of the outstanding bonus balance prior to processing the withdrawal.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms prevail.

6.2 Standard wagering requirements on Bonus Funds are clearly stated on each promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met using Real Money Balance and/or Bonus Funds in the order specified at the time of the bonus offer. Certain game categories — including live dealer games, sportsbook, and jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all to wagering requirements. 6.3 The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion, forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Coordinating with other Members to exploit bonus mechanics or guarantee outcomes.
• Placing wagers that exploit errors, miscalculations, or technical faults in any game or odds display.

6.4 db9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

7.1 All casino games available on db9999 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the rules published by the respective game provider. In the event of a malfunction or technical error during a game round, all affected bets may be declared void and stakes returned to the Member's account.

7.2 All random number generators (RNG) used in games available on the db9999 platform are independently tested and certified by the respective game providers. db9999 does not independently modify game mechanics, payout percentages, or return-to-player (RTP) rates.

7.3 Sports betting odds are offered in good faith. In the event that odds are published in error (materially below market due to a technical fault), db9999 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds and refund the relevant stakes to the Member's account. Members are not entitled to profit from odds errors.

7.4 db9999 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward match fixing, collusion, and any form of dishonest play. Accounts found to be participating in or facilitating such conduct will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, db9999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or interruption of service.

10.2 db9999 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

10.3 In all cases where db9999 is found to be liable, our total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 db9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or any platform feature.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

11.2 Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds will be returned to the Member via their most recent verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending compliance review.

11.3 A Member may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the db9999 support team via on-site live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements or compliance review processes.

12.1 db9999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 db9999 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13.1 This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which db9999 operates. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration.

13.2 In the first instance, Members are encouraged to raise any dispute with the db9999 customer support team via on-site live chat or by emailing [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt and to provide a final determination within 14 calendar days.

13.3 Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence.

14.1 db9999 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active Members via a notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the account at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect, where reasonably practicable.

14.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 11.3.

15.1 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Agreement if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

15.2 This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms communicated to you at the time of an offer, constitutes the entire agreement between you and db9999 regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
